A big adventure

Tomorrow morning at zero dark hundred (very early) a friend and I will be flying off to spend the day at the Australasian Quilt Convention in Melbourne,


its going to be a long day for us, so I'll be wearing my
 most comfortable pair of shoes (I'll probably throw some clothes on as well)


taking a bit of stitching for the plane trip,


and most important of all, taking some of this:

  2. Have a great time, both of you. Is that the dreaded Grandmothers compass block in your travel kit? Are you sure you have packed enough of the folding stuff, better take the plastic as well. Salley is right, better include a couple of those squashy bags to bring the loot home in.

  7. don't forget the camera battery charger :) or an extra one completely charged if you have it!! Have fun. I will be going to a show here soon also.
