Union

is the name of this weeks block for the Civil War Quilts block of the week, I have enjoyed making these blocks very much and I'm quite sad that it will be coming to an end.  It has been a lovely to make a block each week in the company (via the internet) of so many other quilters and also discover a little bit more about the American Civil War at the same time.

Block 44 - Union
this block has other names: Union Square and Four Crowns

  2. What lovely fussy cutting! Do you use a fussy cutting ruler or do you just eyeball it?
